GWF Capital Holdings
'growing wealth fundamentally
FAQ's

Am I qualified to be a GWF client?
Our clients typically have investable assets or projects of $5 million or more in current or expected value. We also work with clients who do not yet meet this
threshold but are on a paththat will get them there in the near future. Click here to review the project questionnaire.
How does the GWF Consultant teamwork for me?
We believe that mutually transparent strategic, business, and fiscal discussions with our clients are essential parts of raising and subsequently wisely using that capital in
addition to the management of the wealth it generates. In our opinion, it is difficult at best to invest our expertise with a client without intimately knowing the project or
person’s financial goals and objectives.
Consequently we take a comprehensive holistic approach to the research and analysis of not only the project but the clients' management / operational style in our
consultations. Each project is managed by an expert in that arena and each consultant works hand in hand with other in-house staff consultants to develop specific
strategies and financing arrangements with real-world applications.
This allows us to effectively create synergistic long term solutions to the capital sourcing, asset management and business advisory services we bring to our clients.
Once we provide you with our tailor made financing solutions and or project recommendations, and at your request, we will then assist you with the implementation
of those recommendations.
What types of investment strategies do you offer?
GWF Consultants have a vast knowledge base and proven techniques gained from real-world experiences as being successful business owners and or
'C level 'executives that combined with specialized techniques are then used to offer a variety of strategies, and with new opportunities being diligently pursued,
these are then brought to the table in order to meet the developing needs of our clients. Click here to review the Client Application Form
What does it cost to work with GWF Consultants?
As is usual and customary in this industry as consultants we may in some cases charge a nominal one-time engagement fee (if at all) of between $2,000 and
$15,000 depending on the type of project, the consultants' expertise, and staff workload a client’s project requires of us. Occasionally, where less extensive
analysis or project deliverables are involved, we may require a lesser fee.
For less time-intensive consultations and or initial project advisory services, our firm can be engaged on a retainer basis at a standard rate of $350.00 per hour
with minimum/maximum hours mutually agreed upon based on the project requirements. On projects where there is no advisory services or
consultation necessary, then we typically receive/retain an equity position of not more than 5% of the total project funded amount at the close of the transaction.
We suggest clients start by scheduling an introductory free consultation (click here) in order to have their projects reviewed. Then upon GWF acceptance of their
project costs (if any and or the equity positions) can be clearly defined prior to you as the client agreeing to move forward with the proposed funding or
advisory solution.. So to get a definite understanding of what your actual costs will be (if any) as they are specific to your project, it is best to discuss
this with one of the firm’s Consultants.
Why does GWF operate as a fee based consulting firm?
We are strong believers that a proper client consultant trust relationship can only be established once our clients are convinced that our recommendations are
always made with their best interests in mind. By only accepting commissions, we believe a consultant seriously jeopardizes this trust and creates the appearance of bias.
How do you charge for your consulting/advisory services?
Again, we are consultants not brokers and are hired to perform a highly skilled service. The customary fee that we charge is for the project we are engaged/hired
to do during the length of our contracted term of service. The fee is based on the complexity of your situation and dependent upon the amount of capital being
raised, consultation/advisory time being requested, and or investment assets you have placed with us. In all cases, the fee is fully disclosed before you the
client incurs any charges.
Will you provide me with a fee estimate and a written proposal for your Consulting services?
Yes. After meeting with one or more of our Consultants, you will be provided with a written proposal that details exactly what we will be doing for you step by step
with a comprehensive calculation of the fee.
What are the GWF management fees?
Wealth Management fees are calculated as an annual percentage of the assets we manage, total project financing requested or case by case consultancy basis
on your behalf. Fees, paid quarterly, are set at an annualized rate:
Up to $5 million - 1.00%
Between $5 million and $10 million - 0.85%.
Between $10 million to $30 million - 0.55%
Above $30 million - 0.25%
What makes GWF so different from other consulting, equity lenders or financial advisory firms?
By now you’ve already discovered for yourself a number of ways our team of expert consultants have differentiated themselves from so many other firms.
First, we provide advice on all aspects of a client’s submitted project while at the same time assisting them with the implementation of their recommendations.
Our strategies are designed to be unparalleled. No detail of a client’s project is overlooked.
Reviews of employment contracts, real estate leases, wills, trust agreements, stock option agreements, auto insurance, non-qualified deferred compensation
agreements, private investments, hedge funds, buy-sell agreements, retirement plan documents, are routine at GWF. Interaction with the clients other advisors,
such as actuaries, accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurance agents, and employee benefits specialists to ensure that everyone is working on behalf of the
client is an everyday occurrence. Other consulting firms or…brokers for that matter don’t supply this type of service or at best only offer a few generic services.
GWF offers these services in a very concise and detailed format in addition to all of the services mentioned above.
