GWF has developed a unique platform to access this necessary cash in the form of Lines of Credit with defered pay back terms and little if no interest for our qualified clients.

Private Equity Investing

GWF’s private equity investing as well as our PE lending consists of pooled investor funds that we make available as investment capital to be placed directly into private companies or to conduct buyouts of public companies. These funds are raised from retail and institutional investors, and we use these capital resources to fund qualified businesses or ideas, new technologies, expand working capital within an owned company, make acquisitions, or to strengthen a balance sheet..

Our private equity investments characteristically make longer-hold investments in target industry sectors or specific investment areas where we and or our investor board have expertise.

We look at each company’s financial performance, industry position, management quality and long-term business plans to

determine which companies have the best chance of increasing in value over the long-term.

Through our many years of consulting with our clients, entrepreneurs as well as C-Level corporate officers we have found that quite often they were not aware of the hidden 'real world' needs of their business such as developing a functional business plan acceptable to investors, which type of incorporation entity works best for them or even how to establish adequate banking relationships at the beginning phases of their businesss....this 'trial & error' phase brought on an neeeded and costly setbacks.
